As the Head of People Analytics, you’ll play a key role in developing, designing, and implementing a people analytics strategy across the broader People Team, championing a culture of data-based decision-making in all aspects of hiring and managing our global corporate, operations, and retail teams. You’ll build and lead a team of analysts responsible for serving as analytics business partners to our People team leadership, building data pipelines and analyses that equip them with the information needed to manage a rapidly scaling, global workforce. In addition, you and your team will dive into strategic analyses, utilizing an array of analytical techniques to evaluate effectiveness of our human capital strategy and proactively identify opportunities for intervention and improvement. Reporting to the Head of People Experience & Planning, and in partnership with our People Strategy & Programs team, you’ll enable our People leadership team to make intentional, data-driven decisions in managing our talent, ultimately ensuring GOAT Group is on the leading edge of analytics-driven HR teams.
