About the Role As the Manager of Technical Project Management for the Product Platform pillar, you will fill a critical role on the Engineering Operations leadership team. In this role, you will help shape the resourcing, planning, and strategic vision for Highspot’s Product Platform feature area. You will also manage, inspire, grow, and develop a team of exceptional Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to support the growing needs of the Product Platform pillar. In addition, you will help evolve both the Engineering Operations team and the broader Product organization as Highspot continues to scale. At every step, you’ll embody Highspot’s commitment to building software with a spark of magic and you’ll hold everyone around you accountable to delivering on that promise.
