About the Role:

This position can be remote. Our 300+ employees are spread across hubs in Santa Barbara, Chicago, Denver, Cleveland, and San Francisco, with a healthy share working from remote locations as well. Even as we re-open offices later this year, we expect to continue with our remote hiring and operating practices. Thus, a permanent physical location in one of our office cities is not a requirement.

As a company that is undergoing significant growth, Invoca is seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager (PM) to support our Automotive Pod on our growing Customer Success team.  The Project Manager works closely with Delivery teams, Solution Architects, Sales, and Customer Success Managers to ensure customer projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the project plan scope. The PM will also identify and mitigate any risks throughout the project(s) s/he manages.  The PM must be able to manage cross-functional teams from different Invoca departments and demonstrate diplomacy and the ability to manage demanding customers.  Specifically, s/he will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle such as:

  • Responsible for project governance, stewardship, and project planning.
    • Understands customer requirements and helps translate them into project deliverables and milestones.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to identify & validate data requirements.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers, set expectations, provide meaningful and timely communication, and deliver on promises and commitments
  • Owns the creation and updating of relevant project documentation including:
    • Project Plan (Timeline) 
    • Budget (may be asked to create Statements/Scope of Work) 
    • Risk Management and Change Logs
    • Project Health Reports
  • Raise project issues and risks, and communicate properly to all project stakeholders (internal to Invoca, the Customer, and any relevant third parties such as marketing agencies or technical integration partners) 
  • Manages successful project closure and executes the hand-off processes and communication.
  • Process support and automation across multiple systems including but not limited to Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack, Confluence (Atlassian), Khoros etc

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years in a formal Program/Project Management capacity
  • PMI/PMP certification required
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs, flexible, ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Experience managing Enterprise level projects
  • Experience with deploying B2B SaaS products

  • Position Base Range - $110,500.00 - $148,500.00 / plus bonus potential
