About the Role:
Our Marketing Operations function is growing! We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Operations Manager who is meticulous, resourceful, analytical, and a solutions-oriented thinker to join our Marketing Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the successful Marketing Operations Manager will be a trusted resource on the team, supporting platform operations, campaign operations, and marketing intelligence. This is a hands-on, roll-up your sleeves individual contributor role, with both creative and analytical attributes.

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for architecting and building scalable processes to support initiatives across the Marketing team and Marketing Operations function. You will manage and execute the ABM and Inbound project intake queues, for which you will also serve as a strategic business partner responsible for providing campaign reporting, analytics and insights that positively influence marketing efficiency and ROI. In alignment with Invoca’s culture of continuous improvement, you will keep a keen eye on optimization, eliminating redundancies and inefficiencies in current processes. 

You have a deep understanding of Marketo, are comfortable with technology integrations and enablement, accustomed to creating process documentation, and have experience with data management including compliance, lead quality, segmentations, and implementing best practices for data hygiene. You are capable of analyzing data across Marketo, Google Analytics, and Tableau or other reporting platforms, and building reports and dashboards in Salesforce. You are collaborative, an excellent project manager and communicator, passionate about enabling teams through technology and process, and feel comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Business Operations.

You Will:

  • Architect and build scalable processes, eliminating redundancies and inefficiencies in current processes 
  • Manage, execute, troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data discrepancies, and other key marketing operations functions
  • Build reports and comprehensive dashboards, effectively analyze data across platforms, develop insights, and provide actionable recommendations on how to optimize marketing programs
  • Implement data integrity and data hygiene best practices to improve integrity of CRM data, ensure best practices adhered to, and ensure regulatory compliance (CASL, GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM)
  • Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Interact with a large variety of technologies, data, and service vendors
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively cross-functionally

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience in a marketing operations role
  • Advanced Marketo user experience with a deep understanding of its capabilities for data management, analysis, campaign development and execution across a variety of channels, experience with asset builds, testing, troubleshooting, utm tracking, etc. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS a plus.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, DemandBase, Terminus/Tableau, Google Analytics, PathFactory, Wistia, Drift/Chili Piper, Sendoso, Zapier, Outgrow, Sigstr, and Asana
  • Excellent understanding of sales and marketing metrics such as inquiries, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, contribution to pipeline, close rates, ROI, etc.
  • Experience working and building relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project manager and communicator with a strong understanding of how projects, people, and processes can work together for maximum efficiency

  • Position Base Range - $95,000.00-$125,400.00
