About the Role

Since launching in early 2020, Ramp has experienced exponential product-led growth further powered by customer love of the Ramp experience and impact. We’ve also invested heavily in our partner ecosystem which is a key differentiator for our solution. We’re now in search of a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to help develop and execute joint partner marketing campaigns to ensure the world knows about the strength of our partners and our ecosystem.  This person will be responsible for understanding partnership objectives and creatively driving outcomes through joint campaigns, product launches, and media opportunities. They should be passionate about working cross-functionally and building partnerships within and beyond the Ramp organization to deliver marketing programs. This is a key role on Ramp’s Marketing team, which will be tasked with influencing critical business metrics such as pipeline impact and market awareness.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with partners to develop joint marketing plans based on mutual business objectives, market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team to drive partner go-to-market plans and launches 
  • Plan and execute strategic and scaled partner marketing campaigns that generate partner sourced leads and revenue
  • Produce partner assets and marketing content such as emails, social posts, presentations, one-pagers, and customer success stories
  • Collaborate closely with sales enablement and product marketing teams to improve the effectiveness of partner sales teams 
  • Develop tools and processes to ensure that partner programs can scale to meet marketing objectives
  • Evaluate and measure the performance of partner campaigns and optimize for improvements

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years experience in partner marketing or very similar role
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience designing and executing marketing campaigns to meet business goals
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build excitement around work
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines is essential
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
