About the Role:

You will work on the Accounting team and report to the Assistant Controller. You will succeed if you work well in upbeat environments. You are a college Junior majoring in Accounting, preferably with prior professional work experience. This is a remote and part-time position. You can commit to this internship until at least July 2023.

You Will:

  • Assist with Accounting month end close tasks, such as bank account reconciliations
  • Assist with other Accounting related functions, such as Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounts Payable
  • Other one off responsibilities as assigned by Invoca's accounting team

You Have:

  • Based in the United States
  • Current college student, Accounting major, with an expected graduation date between Summer and December 2023
  • Have completed at least 2.5 years of college education and all fundamental Accounting classes 
  • Ability to commit to work with Invoca until at least July 2023
  • Keen attention to details
  • Good understanding of accounting fundamentals, including how bank account reconciliations work
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
  • Fast learner, ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Salary & Hours:

  • Position Base Range - $18 - $20 / per hour
  • Expected hours of work: ~20 hours a week. We are also flexible and can set up your work schedule around your course schedule.
