About the Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator focusing on Engineering coordination at Ramp, you view the world through a lens of a delightful candidate and client experience. You are excited at the opportunity to build a engineering teams from the ground up and the impact that comes with critical early hiring. You will arrange complex interview schedules and leverage existing recruiting tools and practices for our engineering teams while exploring for opportunities to continuously improve our processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the scheduling process and communicate logistics to engineering candidates and hiring teams
  • Provide a high touch “white glove” experience at every step of the interview process as we build a world-class team
  • Act as the primary contact during phone, video, and in-person interviews in our New York office
  • Develop collaborative relationships with all team members and hiring managers 
  • Manage workflows within GSuite, Ramp’s ATS (Greenhouse) and scheduling tools for automation

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 1 year of recruiting coordination or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
  • Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail

Nice to Haves

  • Scheduling/coordination or in-house talent acquisition experience, ideally in start-up or high-growth environments
  • Experience with GSuite, applicant tracking systems and scheduling software
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency
  • Bachelor degree from an accredited university
