The Benefits Specialist is a key position on Highspot’s People Team, responsible for all aspects of the operations of benefits programs in the US and Canada. This includes vendor and broker relationship management, data analysis and reporting, and managing employee benefit issue escalations as the first point of contact. You will need to follow local, state and federal regulation changes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep Highspot in compliance. You will also be responsible for maintaining all Highspot leave policies and will administer all leave of absences in the US. You will collaborate with the Benefits Manager to continually invest wisely and bring meaningful benefit programs to employees.
