About the Role:

Vercel is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to manage our customer evidence, advocacy, and outreach efforts. This role will drive strategic relationships with customer champions to help tell the story of Vercel through the success of our customers and work cross-functionally to place stories in the most effective places. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer marketing for a SaaS or developer-focused company.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Prioritize and collaborate on top customer accounts for integrated joint marketing journeys by aligning with Sales, Marketing, PR, and more.
  • Develop tailored marketing opportunities to showcase the story of Vercel through the successes of our customers, work with customer champions to find interesting angles and evidence to highlight.
  • Manage the co-marketing relationship lifecycle with exceptional attention to detail, making the engagement as easy for the customer as possible.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify key customer targets and appropriate advocacy opportunities. Manage Vercel’s enterprise customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Identify new projects and opportunities to amplify the impact of customer stories and proof points.
  • Support company events by confirming customer participation and highlighting their success.

 

About You

  • Experience driving and maintaining customer relationships
  • Able to manage the strategic direction of customer marketing initiatives, self-starter, and advocate for the customer's voice
  • Creative, able to think outside the box to generate innovative approaches
  • Experience with developer and SaaS marketing
  • We are temporarily not hiring in the State of CO

 

Bonus If You:

  • Have a background in product marketing or developer relations
  • Experience working in the developer tools or frontend development space
