About the team:

We are looking for a Crypto Finance Manager to partner closely with the crypto organization to power our international expansion. The role can also expand to driving the expansion plans for the brokerage business (equities and options).

The Crypto team within Robinhood functions like a fast-moving startup within the larger organization and is composed of several product teams that build products and features to enable our users to research and invest in Crypto assets. From learning about Crypto to trading it - we seek to innovate on the beautiful, intuitive user experiences that make Robinhood the leading destination for Equities investing, and deliver that same familiar experience to Crypto. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about Crypto and Web 3.0 and has demonstrated in past roles influencing business leaders and supporting decision making in rapidly evolving environments. This role requires someone who can navigate ambiguity and interdependence, juggle multiple projects end to end, and drive cross-functional projects to completion. This role also has regular interaction with senior leadership at Robinhood and therefore requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Lead strategic and financial planning processes for the teams you support (e.g., Monthly Business Reviews, Forecasts, Annual Budget, and Long Range Plan)
• Analyzing results, business KPIs, assessing risks for coverage areas, and communicating timely risks & opportunities to Business Partners, Finance Leadership, and Executive team.
• Designing unit economic models and forecasts for Products and Operational coverage areas, to help drive decisions on new and existing product launches and features. 
• Partner with the business and find opportunities to create efficiencies, appropriate metrics to track business performance and additional sources of revenue
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison, strategic advisor, and execution partner to leads of Robinhood’s Crypto Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing teams
• Lead strategic initiatives end to end from ideation to analytics to recommendations to project managing cross-functional teams to drive impact

About you:

• Minimum 5+ years professional work experience in finance and/or investment banking, including 1+ year(s) supporting a crypto business
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, and the business judgment to balance the details while not losing sight of the big picture
• Advanced skills around financial modeling, unit economics, forecasting, and monetization strategies
• An ability to think from first principles and work independently
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, and interest in developing advanced querying / modeling skills (SQL, Looker, R)
• Ability to deep dive into data, identify and quantify opportunities, and design creative solutions
• Polished communication skills and comfort working with internal and external partners
• A self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and consider all partner needs
• Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
