What you’ll do:

The Information Security Insights & Automation team at BetterUp combines risk information with a detailed asset inventory to inform our security posture and gaps. We then use this view to prioritize security work and ensure we are meeting our compliance and regulatory requirements. Where possible, we also develop automation to automatically address security gaps such as misconfigurations.

Members of this team leverage skills in software engineering and data science in their daily work. Equally important, they also have the grit needed to operate in an environment that is always changing and often not fully defined. We are open to buying or building tools as needed to accomplish our goals in a way that will scale with our rapidly growing business.

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • Experience bringing order to the chaos of ingesting data from a wide variety of systems.
  • Experience writing software for analysis and automation problems.
  • Understanding information security risk measurement, ideally both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Exceptional grit and a willingness to work in a fast-paced startup setting.
  • Eager to contribute to the BetterUp mission.
