As the Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be a key partner to the EMEA & APAC Compensation Manager in delivering initiatives across the regions - you will lead and support improvements and implementation of global compensation processes, develop and design compensation frameworks (i.e. salary bands, incentive plans), and you will showcase demonstrated experience of working across Global teams to drive and deliver Compensation projects.

The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, meticulous, innovative and exhibit strong technical compensation capabilities.

This role can be based out of our New York City office or remotely in North America.

We’re building for the future, we need someone who can flip between the detail of our day to day deliverables and focus on our longer term strategic vision:

Business Partner

  • Partner in designing and executing global compensation programs such as merit, bonus, promotion cycles etc.
  • Lead and deliver annual salary benchmarking for assigned markets end to end on an international scale.
  • Partner with the business to identify opportunities in challenges and provide recommendations/analysis in support of solutions
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders across the People Team, Finance, and external vendors on administration, reporting, and analysis.
  • Creative problem solving by leveraging our existing programs/toolbox to make a recommendation that meets the needs of the different stakeholders.

Research and Innovation

  • Research market practices, complete third party salary surveys, compile and analyze information to make recommendations for requested positions or market adjustments
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices to maintain our competitive advantage within Total Reward
  • Develop governance policies and process enhancements to support our salary planning and market review processes
  • Support creation and delivery of the Compensation technical product roadmap to automate core processes which facilitate efficient and scalable solutions

Administration & Process Improvement

  • Ensure compensation operational and administrative processes are effective; identify and implement process improvements which enable the organization to scale. 
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline existing programs (ie bonus design)
  • Assist in preparation of Compensation Committee materials to support our global Equity Program

Required Skills/Experience

  • 6+ years of meaningful experience in Compensation (and benefits a plus) within a large Multinational environment is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Working knowledge of Radford, Willis Towers Watson or other published surveys
  • System savvy - keen interest in automation and simplification!
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail
  • Effective and efficient project management experience
  • Must be a self starter with plenty of initiative yet understands the need to work within wider Total Reward frameworks
  • Ability to multitask while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team
  • Excel (or google sheets) Master! 
  • SAP Experience is preferred
  • High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
